3 HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND USED?

We collect information when you purchase a membership from us.

It is used to keep our membership list up to date.

Where you make a purchase from us, and have specifically opted to received marketing information from us, we will add you to our newsletter and marketing lists (subject to section 5).

4 OUR BASIS FOR USING THE PERSONAL DATA

We will only use your personal data for the purpose of managing our list of members, thereby allowing us to perform our contract with you.

We may use your information to send you marketing or newsletters, but always in compliance with section 5.

5 MARKETING

We may send you marketing messages, if you opted in to receive them at the time of purchase. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you, or by contacting us at any time.

We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We will only share or disclose your personal information as required by law.
